How to Manage Security Settings on Desktop

Step 1: Go to the homepage.
Step 2: Click on Settings from the menu bar.
Step 3: Select Security Settings.
Step 4: Here you can change your password or create a lock PIN.

To Change Your Password:

Step 5: Enter your old password, then the new password, and re-enter the new password to confirm.
Step 6: Click on Change Password to finish.

To Create or Reset a Lock PIN:

Step 7: Click on Create Lock PIN.
Step 8: Enter your old PIN (if any) and your new PIN.
Step 9: Click on Change PIN to update.
Step 10: To reset, just click on Reset PIN.

 

 

Troubleshooting

  • If your password change fails, ensure your old password is correct.

  • For lock PIN issues, make sure you are entering exactly 4 digits (if required).

  • If you forget both your password and PIN, you may need to contact support for recovery.
