How to Add Product in Pieces and Packs on Mobile

Easily manage products that come in different quantities and packaging options.

Follow these easy steps to add a product in pieces and packs on our app:

Step 1: Start on the homepage and tap on "Products/Services".

Step 2: Tap on "+ New Product" and select "Add Product with Piece & Pack".

Step 3: Enter the product name and select the category.

Step 4: Add a description or measurements for the product (optional).

Step 5: Set the "Pieces Quantity", "Quantity Per Pack", and "Pack Quantity".

Step 6: Enter the pieces selling price, pack selling price, and their purchase prices.

Step 7: Upload up to 4 product images.

Step 8: Optionally add low product alerts, expiry dates, and capture barcodes.

Step 9: Tap "Add Product" to complete the process.

This feature helps you organize your products in a logical and structured way, making it easier for customers to find what they're looking for.

Step 1: Begin by navigating to the Homepage.

Step 2: Click on the "Products" tab to access the product management section.

Step 3: Select "Add New Product" to create a new product entry.

Step 4: Choose the "Add in Pieces and Packs" option to enable piece and pack tracking for this product.

Step 5: Enter the product's details, including its name, category, brand, and barcode (if applicable). You can also add a brief product description.

Step 6: Specify the product's pricing and inventory information for pieces: purchase price, selling price, and quantity in stock.

Step 8: Optionally, add images to showcase the product.

Step 9: Enable the "Low Product Alert" feature to receive notifications when the product's stock level falls below a certain threshold.

Step 10: Click "Save Product" to complete the product setup.
