How to View Adjustment History on Desktop

Your adjustment history helps you track all changes made to your stock restocks, lost items, or damaged goods so you always know what happened and when.

Steps to View Adjustment History

  • Step 1: Go to the Homepage.

  • Step 2: On the menu bar, click on Adjust Stock.

  • Step 3: At the top right corner, click on Adjustment History.

  • Step 4: A list of all your past stock adjustments will appear. You can scroll through to see the details.

 

 

Troubleshooting

  • I don’t see the “Adjustment History” button: Make sure you are in the Adjust Stock section, not Sales or Products.

  • History is empty: This means no adjustments have been made yet. Try creating a new adjustment first.

Q: Can I filter my adjustment history?
A: Yes, you can filter by date or product (depending on your app version) to quickly find specific records.

Q: How far back does the history go?
A: All your past adjustments are stored,  there’s no limit unless your business account is reset.
