How to Navigate Product Settings on Desktop

Product settings allow you to customize measurements, manage categories, and reset quantities.

Manage Units of Measurement

Step 1: Go to the Dashboard.

Step 2: Click on Products.

Step 3: Click on Product Settings.

Step 4: Under Units of Measurement, you can add, edit, or delete units.

Step 5: Click on + Add Custom Unit.

Step 6: Enter the name of the custom unit.

Step 7: Click on Save Custom Unit to finish.

Manage Categories

Step 8: In Product Settings, click on Manage Category.

Step 9: Add, edit, or delete categories as needed.

Step 10: Click on + Add New Category.

Step 11: Enter the Category Name.

Step 12: Click on Save Category.

Reset All Product Quantities

Step 13: Click on Reset Quantity to erase all existing quantities and reset them to zero.
⚠️ Warning: This action cannot be undone.

 

 

Troubleshooting

  • Custom units not saving: Check that the unit name is unique.

  • Category not saving: Ensure you entered a name before saving.

  • Reset button not showing: Confirm you are in Product Settings under Products.
