How to Add Products in Pack on Desktop

You can add products in Pack via two ways on desktop.

How to Add Products Directly from the Dashboard

Step 1: Go to dashboard
Step 2: Click on "+ Add products" at the side of the page
Step 3: Click on "add pack product"
Step 4: Enter the product name
Step 5: Select the category
Step 6: Enter a description for the product (optional)
Step 7: Click on "Upload Image" to add images to your product
Step 8: Add the quantity per pack of your product
Step 9: Add Quantity to Add
Step 10: Enter the purchase price and selling price
Step 11: Enable low product alert (optional). Toggle it on and set the threshold quantity for alerts
Step 12: Enable additional options if needed, like capture barcode and expiry date
Step 13: Click on "Save Product" at the top of the page to finish

 

 

How to Add Pack Product from the Product Section on the Sidebar

Step 1: Go to dashboard

Yes, you can always go back to the product list, click on the product, and edit details such as quantity, pricing, or alerts.

Q: Do I need to add an image for every product?

Q: What happens if I don’t enable the low product alert?
The system won’t notify you when stock is running low. It’s best to enable it to avoid running out unexpectedly.

 

 

Troubleshooting

  • Issue: Product not saving after I enter details.
    Solution: Double-check that all mandatory fields (product name, quantity, and pricing) are filled in before saving.

  • Issue: The wrong product category appears.
    Solution: Edit the product, reselect the correct category, and save again.
