How to Adjust Stock on Mobile
The Stock Adjustment feature helps you keep your inventory accurate by updating product quantities whenever there’s a change whether due to restock, refund, damage, or loss.
Steps to Adjust Stock
Step 1: From the Homepage, tap More at the bottom of the navigation bar.
Step 2: Select Stock Adjustment.
Step 3: Use the search bar to find the product you want to adjust.
Step 4: Tap on the product.
Step 5: Choose a reason for adjustment: Restock, Refund, Damage, or Lost.
Step 6: Enter the quantity.
Step 7 (Optional): Add an expiry date for the product.
Step 8 (Optional): Update the purchase price per item or the selling price.
Step 9 (Optional): Record the adjustment as an expenditure and add comments.
Step 10: When done, tap Adjust to finish.
Step 11: To view items you’ve adjusted, tap on Adjustment History.

A reason is required to complete the process. This helps you keep proper records of why the stock was changed.
