How to add product with packs on Mobile
Step 1: Start on the Homepage
Begin by navigating to the homepage of our app and tapping on "Product/Services".
Step 2: Create a New Product with Packaging Options
Tap on "+ New Product" and select "Add Product with Packs" to start creating your product.
Step 3: Enter Product Details
Enter the product name and select the category to help customers find your product.
Step 4: Add Product Description or Measurements
Add a description or measurements for the product to provide more details (optional).
Step 5: Set Packaging Options
Set the "Quantity Per Pack" and "Pack Quantity" to manage your product's packaging options.
Step 6: Set Prices and Track Profits
Enter the selling and purchase prices, and add the purchase price to track profits accurately.
Step 7: Upload Product Images
Upload up to 4 images of your product to showcase its features and packaging options.
Step 8: Add Optional Details
Optionally add low product alerts, expiry dates, and capture barcodes for your product.
Step 9: Complete the Process
Tap "Add Product" to complete the process and start selling your product.
This feature enables you to efficiently manage products with various packaging options, making it easier to track inventory, fulfill orders, and provide excellent customer service.
How to Add Products with Packs on Desktop
Step 1: Go to the Homepage.
Step 2: Click on "Products"
Step 5: Add product information: product name, category, brand, product barcode (if applicable), or product description.
Step 6: Add purchase price, selling price, quantity per pack, and quantity in stock.
Step 7: Optionally, add images.
Step 8: Click on "Low Product Alert" to enable the feature.
Step 9: Click on "Save Product" to finish.
