How to Add Products with Different Variations: A Step-by-Step Guide

How to add products with different variations on Mobile

Easily manage products with different variations, such as colors, sizes, or styles, etc.

Follow these easy steps to add a product with different variations on our app:

Step 1: Start on the homepage and tap on "Product/Services".

Step 2: Tap on "+ New Product" and select "Add Product with Variations".

Tap on "+New Product"

Step 3: Enter the product name and select the category.

Step 4: Add a description for the product (optional).

Step 5: Upload up to 4 product images.

Step 6: Input the variation in the option name bar (e.g., color, size)

Tap on "+Add Additional Option" to add more variations.

Step 7: Add purchase price and selling price for all variations.

Step 8: Optionally add low product alerts, expiry dates, and capture barcodes.

Step 9: Tap "Add Product" to complete the process.

This feature allows you to efficiently manage products with varying quantities and packaging options, making it easier to track inventory and sales.

Step 1: Start by navigating to the Homepage.

Step 2: Click on the "Products" tab to access the product management section.

Step 3: Select "Add a New Product" to create a new product entry.

Step 4: Choose the "Add Product in Variation" option to enable variation tracking for this product.

Step 5: Enter the product's name, and category (if applicable).

Step 6: Define the variation type (e.g., Color) and specify the available variation options (e.g., blue, red).

Step 7: Click "Save" to add the variation.

Step 8: To add more variation options, click the Plus sign "+".

Step 9: Enter the pricing and inventory information for each variation: purchase price, selling price, and quantity.

Step 10: Optionally, add images to showcase each variation.

Step 11: Click "Save Products" to complete the product setup.
