How to View Sales History and Receipts

How to View Sales History and Receipts on Mobile

Step 1: Firstly, go to the "Homepage" and tap on "Sales" in the navigation bar at the bottom of the page.

Step 2: Secondly, you'll see your sales history for the day on the sales page. To view a receipt, tap on any sale, and the sales summary will appear.

Step 3: Then, tap "View Receipt" at the bottom.

Step 4: Here you can choose to export the receipt as an image or PDF, or print it out directly.



By digitally storing your sales history and receipts, you can easily track your business performance, reduce clutter, and provide customers with convenient receipt options.

How to Check Sales Overview on Desktop(windows)

Step 1: Go to the Homepage.
Step 2: Click "Sales" on the side menu and select "Sales Overview".

Step 3: See all your sales and receipts in one place

Step 4: To filter your sales click "Filter by" to sort by user, payment method, or date.


How to View a Receipt on Desktop (Windows)

Step 1: Go to the Homepage.
Step 2: Click on "Sales".

Step 3: Click on "Sales Overview".

Step 4: Your sales history will be displayed. To see a receipt, click on a sale. You can also make a refund, print, or reprint the receipt.
