How to Add a Product or Service: A Step-by-Step Guide

How to add a Product/Services on Mobile

Step 1: Start on the Homepage
Begin by navigating to the homepage of our app.
Step 2: Tap "Add Products" on the Dashboard

Locate the "Add Products" button on the dashboard and tap on it.


Step 3: Enter Product/Service Details

Enter the necessary details for your product or service, including name, category, description, and measurements (optional).


Step 4: Choose Whether to Add Quantity or Not

Decide whether you want to add a quantity for your product. If you do, input the number of pieces.


Step 5: Select Whether to Sell in Fractions

Choose whether you want to sell your product in fractions. Enable this feature if required.


Step 6: Set Selling and Purchase Prices

Set the selling and purchase prices for your product. Adding the purchase price helps you track profits accurately.


Step 7: Upload Product Images

Upload up to 4 images of your product to showcase its features.


Step 8: Add Optional Details

Optionally add low product alerts, expiry dates, and capture barcodes for your product.


Step 9: Tap "Add Product" to Complete the Process


Finally, tap the "Add Product" button to complete the process.


This feature allows you to quickly and easily add new products or services to your inventory, making it easier to manage your stock and fulfill customer orders.


How to Add Products on Desktop (Windows): 

Step 1: Go to the homepage, and click "Products" on the side menu and select "Add a New Product".

Step 2: Choose how you want to add your product. For this guide, we'll use "Single Sets".

Step 3: Decide if you want to "add product with quantity" or not. By default, it's set to "add product with quantity".

Step 4: Then enter Product Information:

  • Type your product name.

  • Choose a category or create a new one.

  • Add a brand, barcode, and description (optional).

  • Set the purchase price, selling price, and quantity.

  • Select a unit of measurement if needed.


Enter purchase price, selling price, quantity in stock.

Step 5: Add up to four images


Step 6: You can also choose to enable the low product alert feature


Step 7: To finish: Click "Save Product" to add your product.
