How to Run Payroll on Timart Web

Processing employee payouts accurately is vital for maintaining a motivated workforce. Timart Web allows managers to create designated payroll cycles, apply specific adjustments to individuals, and execute salary distributions—either one person at a time or simultaneously using an automated bulk engine.

This guide details how to build your monthly payroll cycle, account for unique employee adjustments, and mark transactions as finalized within your account.

🛠️ Step 1: Creating a New Payroll Period

Before processing any currency transactions, you must initialize the specific payroll cycle and verify that employee earnings are perfectly calculated for that cycle.

1.Open the Payroll Interface:Navigation.

Log into your web portal. Locate the Payroll option on the main navigation sidebar. From the expanding drop-down selections, click on Salary Payments, and then tap the Run Payroll button.

2.Apply One-Time Salary Adjustments:Mid-Cycle Modifiers.

A comprehensive pop-up window will present your employee list. Before locking in the numbers, you can customize the current cycle's data line by line:

  • Add a Deduction: Input specific figures for one-off adjustments like staff loan repayments, hardware damages, or salary reductions.

  • Add a Bonus: Input additional cash allocations like performance rewards, transport stipends, or festive allowances.

  • Add Notes: Type clear remarks explaining exactly why an adjustment was applied to that specific profile.

  • Remove an Employee: If a staff member is on unpaid leave or shouldn't feature in this exact cycle, click to exclude them entirely.

Note: If an individual requires zero changes, simply leave their adjustment values set to zero to protect their baseline salary rate.

3.Generate the Live Cycle:Locking Data.

Once you double-check that your additions and subtractions look correct across your entire staff roster, click Create Payroll Period.

💳 Step 2: Processing Employee Payments

With your payroll period established, tap the View button next to your active cycle to begin releasing or recording funds. Timart offers two different operational tracks based on your company's workflow:

Track A: Paying an Individual Employee

  1. Find the target staff member's name inside the list and click Pay Salary next to their profile.

  2. A pop-up window will provide two fulfillment options:

    • Pay Using Your Wallet: Uses your pre-funded Timart digital wallet balance to push digital payouts automatically.

    • Mark as Paid: Select this if you already paid the employee outside of the software application (such as a direct cash handoff or manual corporate bank transfer).

  3. If choosing Mark as Paid, click the calendar tool to update the precise settlement date, select your funding mode (Cash or Bank Transfer), and click Mark as Paid to log the ledger entry.

Track B: Processing Bulk Salary Payments

  1. To settle your entire floor simultaneously, use the master selection checkboxes to highlight all employees you wish to process.

  2. Tap either the global Wallet button or the Mark as Paid button at the top of the interface.

  3. In the unified pop-up window, select the true payout date and set the payment method (Cash or Bank Transfer).

  4. Click Mark as Paid to batch-update your operational ledger instantly.

💡 Quick Tips for Error-Free Runs

  • Fund Wallets in Advance: If your operational model uses direct automated wallet transfers, verify your balance threshold ahead of payment day to prevent transactional dropouts mid-run.

  • Keep Precise Adjustment Notes: Writing brief context inside the note field during Step 1 saves administrative hassle if an employee raises questions about minor variations on their digital payslip.
